Refund & No-Refund Policy

All voucher purchases on ZookOut are final and non-refundable. Once a voucher is purchased and payment is confirmed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, as per ZookOut's company policy.

Why No Refunds?

ZookOut operates as a verified deal and voucher platform. Every voucher listed on our platform is pre-verified with the partner outlet before it goes live. Once a voucher is issued to you, it represents a committed deal slot reserved by our partner — making it non-reversible.

What This Means for You

• Vouchers once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
• Vouchers are non-transferable and valid only for the purchaser.
• Vouchers are valid only at the specified outlet and cannot be used at any other location.
• ZookOut is not responsible if a voucher expires due to non-use.
• No refund will be provided if the user forgets to redeem the voucher before the expiry date.
• No refund will be provided in case the user is unable to visit the outlet due to personal reasons.

Exceptions — When We Will Help

We understand that genuine issues can arise. ZookOut will investigate and take appropriate action in the following cases:

• Outlet permanently closed: If the partner outlet permanently shuts down after your voucher purchase and before redemption, ZookOut will offer a replacement voucher of equal value or a platform credit.
• Technical error: If a payment was debited but the voucher was not issued due to a technical failure on our platform, the amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after verification.
• Duplicate payment: If a duplicate transaction occurred due to a payment gateway error, the extra amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.

How to Raise a Concern

If you believe your case falls under the exceptions above, write to us at info@zookout.com within 48 hours of the issue with your order ID, screenshot of payment, and a brief description. Our team will respond within 3 working days.

Cancellation Policy

ZookOut does not allow cancellation of voucher orders once the purchase is confirmed and payment is processed. All sales are final.

• Orders cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation.
• No cancellation request will be entertained once the voucher has been issued to the user's account.
• If you have accidentally purchased a wrong voucher, please contact us at info@zookout.com within 2 hours of purchase. We will review the case but cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
• ZookOut reserves the right to cancel a voucher order in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of our Terms of Service — in which case a full refund will be initiated within 7 working days.

• Payment processors (e.g., Razorpay, GPay, CRED) to process transactions securely.
• Partner outlets — only the information required to fulfil your voucher redemption.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by writing to info@zookout.com or using the Delete Account option on our platform.

• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Opt out of marketing communications via the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Request a copy of your data (data portability).

6. Data Security

We use SSL encryption, secure servers, and industry-standard protocols to protect your data. Payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
